The 2-bedroom apartment at The Old Queens Stable On Sea is absolutely charming and homely. I instantly felt at ease as soon as I stepped inside. The living room, with its flat-screen TV and satellite channels, provided me with endless entertainment during my stay. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge and oven, allowed me to cook delicious meals just the way I like them. The bathroom, with its free toiletries, was clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. Having a washing machine, oven, and electric kettle in the apartment made my life so much easier.
While the apartment features two bedrooms, I found the bathroom a bit small. This is just my personal preference, and others may not mind it at all.

The property was a hidden gem, tucked away in a fantastic spot. It had all the amenities you could dream of, from a comfy bed for a blissful sleep to a fully equipped kitchen. Doug, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring our trip went smoothly. Even though our event got canceled due to the weather, we had a cozy time watching TV on the comfortable sofa in the front room. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from a local convenience store and some great restaurants. The nearby bakery was a true delight. The upstairs was peaceful and centrally located. Doug impressed us with his promptness in fixing the boiler when it had a fault. , the property had modern decor, facilities, and convenient courtyard parking. Perfect for those on a tight budget and traveling by train, as it was close to the train station, town center, and beach. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. A big thank you to Doug for making it such a memorable experience. Colin and family. Don't forget to explore the charming old town and the pier. Meeting friendly people was an added bonus.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful area around The Old Queens Stable on Sea. We took our kids canoeing along the picturesque river and had so much fun. The location was perfect for outdoor activities and we were able to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. It added a unique and exciting element to our family vacation.
My children wanted more kid-friendly amenities, such as a play area or games room.

We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely Christmas in this lovely little house.
The beach was unfortunately polluted, which was a bit of a disappointment. the vehicular access was also poor, and the property looked a bit tired from the outside.
